Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Appliance County (operated by West Coast Service Group Inc.) collects through this website and how it is used.
What you send with a service request
- Your appliances, brands, the problems you describe and the service type.
- Your service address and ZIP code.
- Your preferred date and time of day.
- Your name, phone number, email address (if given) and preferred contact method.
- Your confirmation of the contact consent, with the wording you agreed to.
Collected automatically
- How you reached the site: campaign and referral details such as a magazine QR code or ad link (UTM parameters, the first page you visited). This is stored with your request.
- A one-way hash of your internet address, used only to limit repeated requests. Your internet address itself is not stored.
How it is used
To contact you about your request, schedule and carry out the service, and understand which of our advertising brings in requests. Your request is visible to our dispatch team through a sign-in protected inbox. Staff notifications about a new request contain the request number, appliance, ZIP code and preferred time, not your name, phone, address or email.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores requests in its database service.
- If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person rather than a bot.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request for them.
In your browser
While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your browser tab (session storage) so a refresh doesn’t lose them; they are cleared after your request is received. How you reached the site is kept in your browser’s local storage so it can be included with your request. The site does not use advertising cookies.
Contact

Needs the owner’s input before publishing
- How long requests are kept, and how a customer can ask for theirs to be deleted (not implemented).
- Whether request details are copied into ServiceCall Pro or other systems, and their policies.
- Any analytics or advertising tags planned for launch (none are installed today).
- Legal review for Washington State requirements.
