Terms of Service

Appliance County is operated by West Coast Service Group Inc.. These terms describe how booking a service visit with Appliance County works.

Booking requests

Sending the online form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Your preferred date and time of day are a preference. Our dispatcher contacts you to confirm an available 2-hour arrival window. No payment is collected online.

Service call and diagnosis

  • The standard service call and diagnosis is $99 for the first appliance. If you approve the repair, the full $99 is applied toward it, and your repair quote already includes that credit.
  • Each additional appliance diagnosed in the same visit is +$10.
  • If you decide not to repair, the service call and diagnosis fee remains payable.
  • You get a repair estimate before any repair work begins. Nothing is repaired without your approval.

Holiday Appliance Checkup

Up to 4 appliances for $99 total, each checked for the concern you describe. It is not a whole-home inspection, and the $99 is not applied toward a repair. New requests are accepted through December 15, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific Time; the appointment itself may be later.

Travel fees

In some outlying areas a travel fee may apply. If it does, we tell you and agree on it with you before your appointment is confirmed.

Payment

We accept Card, Check, Online invoice, Cash.

When you send a request you confirm:

I confirm that I am authorized to request appliance service at the address provided, and I agree that Appliance County may call or text me at the phone number provided regarding this service request.

This consent covers contact about your service request only. It is not marketing consent.
